Here is how the process of Smith Artistry works.
STEP 1
Please send me an email – or fill in the wedding questionnaire situated in the contact us tab
STEP 2
We get started on your vision and ideas. We will then create an inspirational look and feel mood board of images supplied. An inspirational mood board from Smith Artistry is where I gather all information received and utilize that combined with my expertise and knowledge. I will also guide you on florals that will be in season and available on your specific wedding date.
Keep in mind – floristry is an artwork, and I try my utmost best to bring your vision to life.
The inspirational mood board will be combined with a realistic budget according to the look and feel and items requested to quote on.
STEP 3
After finalizing the budget, a deposit and signed contract is required to secure your date and signed contract.
Please remember – nothing is set in stone yet. We can still make adjustments until one moth prior to the event.
STEP 4
Only if requested
I strongly advise most of my couples to do mock up. This is in order for you to sign off on all floral and décor elements in and see everything visually together. real life. My recommendation is that a mock up is scheduled 6 to 8 weeks prior to your big day. This will ensure that floral that will be in season on your wedding date can be included in the mock up.
STEP 5
6 Weeks prior to the wedding day, we check in to confirm final guest count or any additional requirements or tweaks. This is also where full balance payment is required.
